This information does not identify you personally. We automatically collect and store only the following information about your visit:

  • The Internet domain (for example, "domain.com" if you use a private Internet access account, or "domain.edu" if you connect from a university's domain), and IP address (an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web) from which you access our website;

Cookies

A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. For instance, by setting a cookie on our website, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our website. Cookies permit us to track and target the interests of our users in order to enhance their experience on our website. We never save passwords or credit card information in cookies. Cookies in and of themselves do not personally identify users, although they do identify a user's computer. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. If you'd prefer, you can set yours to refuse cookies. However, you may not be able to take full advantage of our website if you do so.

Advertisers or other companies do not have access to our cookies. We may allow business partners that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. In such cases, however, we have no access to or control over such cookies.

Linking

Our website may be linked to Internet sites operated by other companies. Although we choose our business partners carefully, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites operated by third parties that are linked to our website or for the privacy practices of a third party. Once you've left our website via such a link, you should check the applicable Privacy Policy of the third-party website to determine their policies.

If You Sent Us Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

If you choose to provide us with PII, such as by sending an e-mail or by filling out a form and submitting it through our website, we will use that information to respond to your message or to fulfill the stated purpose of the communication. Remember that e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication is sensitive or includes PII you may prefer to send it by postal mail instead.

We collect certain PII when you register for our newsletter or on-line shopping, place an order, or request other services that require information, registration or subscription. This information may include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card numbers and personal interests. We also keep a record of your product interests and purchases on-line, and automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser (including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested). We may use cookies to relate your use of our website to PII you have submitted to us. For example, if you've asked us to send you information about our upcoming products or promotions, cookie information may allow us to limit the materials we send you to items we know you will find interesting, based on your prior online activities and preferences. By submitting your information to us, you are expressly agreeing that we may coordinate personal and cookie or other clickstream information in this manner (i.e., you have "opted in").

We do not normally link IP addresses to PII, but we reserve the right to do so in order to identify a user when we feel this is necessary to enforce compliance with our internal policies or End User License Agreement (EULA) or to protect our service, website, customers or others.

We Share Information

Except as described below, we will not sell, share or rent your PII to any third party. We may send PII about you to other companies or people when:

  • we have your consent to share such information;
  • we need to share such information to fulfill promotional obligations;
  • we need to share such information with companies that work on our behalf, in order for them to provide a product or service you have requested;
  • we respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process;
  • or we find that your actions on our website violate the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.

We may also share aggregate demographic information (such as age, gender and types of products or services purchased) with our business partners, franchisees, advertisers, and other third parties. Such information does not identify any individual person. This information sharing permits us to customize our on-line content, services and advertising to enrich your experience at our site.

You may, at any time, correct, update or remove your PII and preferences with leverage.pdnconnect.com by contacting our Customer Support Team by e-mail at privacy@pr-sol.com. In addition, if you prefer not to receive information from us, either through e-mail, postal mail or phone, please let us know by sending us an e-mail. Please note that it may take up to two weeks for your request to become effective. Thereafter, when you make purchases, we may still send you an e-mail confirmation and may need to contact you by phone, postal mail or e-mail if we have questions regarding your order.

How We Protect Kids' Privacy

We are concerned about the safety and security of children when they use the Internet. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), we will never knowingly request PII from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.

Data and Credit Card Security

We take the security of your private information very seriously. If at any time you believe the security of your password or account information has been compromised, please notify us immediately. Should you discover an unauthorized use of your credit or debit card, you should notify your card provider immediately in accordance with the terms of your agreement with that company.

For website security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, we may employ software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals evidence of possible abuse or criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to appropriate law enforcement officials.

Changes To Policy

We reserve the right to change, modify or amend this policy from time to time. If we make any significant changes to this policy, we will post those changes here. We encourage you to periodically review this policy to be informed of how we collect, use and protect your information.
